The Story
Somewhere between the last pastel sunrise and the first cup of guild tea, a woman nobody calls anything but the Kind Founder signed a lease on a little studio with 332 desks and a rule painted over the door: no dark colours, no bad days.
She interviews every member personally. She asks one question ("what makes you smile?") and hires anyone who answers honestly. Pay is fair, the plants are watered, meetings end early, and the pension is in pixels. It is, by every metric that matters, the nicest place to work in Web3.
The Guild is small on purpose. 333 members, not one more, because the Founder believes you should know everyone's name and at least two of their sandwich preferences. When you mint a member, you are not buying a picture of an employee. You are taking a desk.
Sunshine Guild #1: The Kind Founder
Pearl chignon, golden laurel, radiant sunrise behind her at all times. One of one, and the reason all 332 colleagues whistle on their commute. Nobody has ever seen her frown. A few claim she cannot.
